Chipotle Black Bean Hummus

  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Chipotle Chili Salt

 

1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving with whole wheat tortilla chips, or even carrots and celery.
